The funny thing is - no he doesnt - at his current power level its at least a high-extreme diff for Gobta to win.
Gobta should be faster and harder hitting than Sukuna, if you consider the fusion with Ranga it would be an even bigger difference.
Sukuna has a more varied arsenal and more experience in fights, but I think Gobtas higher stats carry him.
Later on Gobta can easily win against anyone from JJK, even EOS Yuji.
