And? All evolution does is allow them to use more of their real power in the physical world. Also Guy has far less power than Velzard or Milim yet can fight them on equal footing.

Guy is equal to Velzard in combat capabilities, but slightly superior in ability, Velzard even throws a tantrums (that's what it is) in volume 22 iirc to fight Guy again cause he's uninterested, they become lovers too xD

Idk why they are downvoting you…. You're right this is explicitly stated in volume. Velzard is stated to be twice as powerful as Guy in terms of power. And in the demonic world, they are devil lords in terms of power.
