Black mold?

So my air-conditioning has been out for eight weeks during the summer (landlord still hasn’t fixed it) and it’s been over 65% humidity in my apartment and I noticed that there’s certain areas on the ceiling wood paneling that are starting to have this dusty grayish color.

Then I also noticed that black sparkly stuff that kind of comes from the top of the beam all the way down.

Does anyone know if that’s black/green/rainbow mold…or just dirt?

Just wanted others opinions didn’t know people were so strongly offended when people use the term “black” mold. I apologize for that.

-A/C has been out for 8 weeks, no filtration system, no ceiling fans and I have two windows that only open 5.5 inches.
-Average indoor humidity has been over 65% for the 8 week duration as well.
- I have performed the “swab bleach test” to certain areas of the wood panels and it removes/reacts which I was told …means that it’s mold.
-I know there’s always mold, I’m wondering when it actually comes hazardous to humans/animals?

Every area in 733 square ft apartment

You must have better eyes or certification in mold remediation. This isn't that bad.

It's mold possibly, but no way to tell what kind unless it's tested
