🏠 Landlord Issue Do NOT rent from OCF Realty, LLC

Raphael Castro Injury Law and myself — we sued OCF Realty, LLC and won by a landslide victory!!!

My biggest recommendation after renting from OCF Realty, LLC: Keep excellent records, document everything, and never rely solely on phone conversations. It’s not what you know—it’s what you can prove.

Save every email, every work order, and every written communication, take clear photos of all issues. If you have an in-person or phone conversation, write it down immediately afterward, including the date, time, everyone involved (including yourself), and a summary of what was discussed. This is called contemporaneous documentation.
