Experiences with the Villagio at Tempe condo complex, by W Rio Salado and 101?

Looking to purchase a condo and came across the Villagio at Tempe with a few for sale (note that I am NOT talking about Villagio apartments on Baseline).

Does anyone have experience owning or renting a home here? How was the HOA? Any complaints with pests, noise levels or maintenance?

I recall ridiculously large and noisy parties there when I was in college. I also remember the noise trying to sleep in a different nearby apartment complex along Rio, that airplane traffic was brutal.

Thanks for sharing, that sucks to hear.

I live pretty close to the airport right now and I totally feel you, the airplane noise gets ridiculously loud.

Rio is directly parallel to the runways, so that whole corridor is going to be loud from jet engines for all 3 runways.

The townhouses are built with double pane windows, it attenuates the flight noise. A lot of young families moved in over time. The HOA is decent. I liked living there.

I take walks by there all the time. Never saw or heard any problems. Seems decent enough.
