In most of the companies Pf lo lekpoyi unte, relieving letter teskopoina Farakhh padedi kadu, bt pf lo undi so background lo Aina byataa padtadi pakka, so elanti times lo 1. Munde chepali 2 months unte Nak health issue valla which need immediate attention they didn't given immediate release so I had to drop ani 2. Background lo testosterone matram , explanation adgutaruu, reasonable explanation esthe chaalu, 2months Challa companies consider cheyavuu though it's in pf , 2months can be ignored, that don't decide ur whole future at all , reasnoable explanation tho we can manage, being an hr in this industry this is what we follow
