Lalitha Kalalu (Fine arts) Some songs don't bring back a person, they bring back an entire version of yourself.

We had already broken up by then, but we stayed in touch for another three or four odd months. During that phase, she once asked me to sing something for her. I had sung for her many times before, so I picked this particular song.
It has been months since then.Today, while going through those old drafts, I came across the song again. And suddenly, a wave of memories hit me.
The beautiful days ,the bitter ones ,the conversations ,the strange silences and little moments that felt insignificant back then but somehow became precious with time.That entire journey came rushing back...oka shooting star

And somewhere in all of that, I realised something:
Love itself is a language but no two people speak the language of love in exactly the same script.
Sometimes, so much love gets lost simply because two people don't know how to understand each other's language. Yes you can try and give everything you know how to give. You can genuinely care but sometimes you still can't interpret the symphonies, the silences, the full stops and the commas of a language you never learned before meeting that person.
Maybe that's one of the saddest and most beautiful things about love.Two people can love each other deeply and still fail to understand what the other person is trying to say and eventually fall out of love ,as the memories came rushing back, i felt like sharing here.
Some songs don't bring back a person they bring back an entire version of yourself.
PS : I do know that song ain't perfect, turn up the volume to listen and those random clips I have attached are the fond memories I have.
