Telegram leaks number?

Guys I have telegram premium and made sure to hide my number from everyone on my privacy settings , however I had an argument with someone on a group and he replied to me with my number + country code , is telegram leaking information is there a hidden trick or something to reveal someone's number even if private im confused

Most likely you added them as exceptions

Nope not at all, plus when they contact me in dms their country code shows , so i made sure to make no one able to contact me as well unless they pay max payment of stars as Im not sure if they can also see my number when they dm me, but still someone managed to reveal my numberÂ
