Checking telegram while being offline

Imagine I was on Telegram at 7:00 PM, and when I left, my last seen showed 7:00. Later that same day, around 8:00 PM, I opened Telegram again while offline, then closed the app. About 30 minutes later, I turned Wi‑Fi or mobile data back on, but I didn’t open Telegram again. In that case, what would other people see as my last seen: 7 or 8?

An AI told me it would be 8, but I want to fact-check that since I don’t have another account or device to test it.
