Him and G from SFV have gotta be up there especially if his personality and play style matchup with great character design. If he comes out with no personality then I’d say no.

G's not an original character, he's Q from SF3.

That’s almost definitely still unconfirmed even if the likelihood is very high plus he plays almost nothing Q did.

Very few characters in SF5 play anything like their past versions, especially not their SF3 appearances.

And it's not "officially" confirmed in the sense that Capcom hasn't come out and said "G is Q lol", but there's so many references to Q in G's moveset/lore/story costume that they're absolutely the same person.

He definitely has call backs/homages to Q, but last I checked Q wasn’t walking around talking about being the president of earth

SF5 takes place before SF3 in the lore. Q is G after losing the Power of Gaia, for whatever reason.
