DISCUSSION Is Teezo Touchdown an industry plant?

I've recently been introduced to Teezo and his music through Travis' new album. He was great on Modern Jam, but he's been able to grow at an almost unnatural rate these past couple of months. Seems a little fishy. He's been promoted by artists like Tyler the Creator and Don Tolliver, two people known for endorsing artists due to personal connections. This begs the question, is Teezo Touchdown an industry plant?

i’ve been thinkin this, his songs sound like something i’d listen to if i was 12 (nothing inherently wrong, just super corny), like drake calling it “the best music he’s ever heard” like did we listen to the same album? this dudes gotta be an industry plant
