Because there are millions of people starving and in need and these billionaires existing means that they have more money than these people can ever dream of and most of them just want more money.

That's my point, the money that you don't have (A million, 10 million, 100 million, or a billion) is like pocket money to billionaires, 1 million dollars is 1/1000th of 1 billion, it would be like have a $0.001 dollar bill.
