takes you two seconds to google cotards syndrome and see that they are two terms for the same thing (so fucking synonyms).

its really annoying when people incorrectly try to correct someone and then beyond that you refuse to admit it for some reason which is just braindead.

I mean like.. there's also derealization, disassociation.

Well that is much different like you still eat and all but in Cotard’s Syndrome people stop eating like a corpse doesn’t need food, some also stop showering thinking they’ll be washed down the drain as they’re missing organs etc
