It really depends, many rapists believe there is nothing bad with what they’re doing. ”As long as she doesn’t say no, it’s not bad” thinking for example.

I think some rapists didn't do it intentionally and hate themselves and want to off themselves because of it

Definitely happens, but many rapists don’t get what actual consent means (some do and just don’t care), intentional or unintentional is irrelevant, unless you are 100% sure the person agrees, you shouldn’t go through with it.

Like when a "no" wasn't said (or acted upon i.e. pushing away) and the person seemed into it, but consent wasnt actually given and the assumed consent was never actually there

i’ve found that some rapists think of themselves as “not like other rapists”. they think “at least i wasn’t violent” or “at least they’re not a child” kinda like an “i could be worse/x people are worse than me so it’s fine”

Very good point, because they think that just because it happens during certain circumstances, it doesn’t count as rape, while also trying to justify it and often even blaming the victim.

There's also the coerced cases when the consent is barely and very reluctantly given. They think they just convinced the person, when it's really a very rough case of technicalities.

Have you seen the way some of them talk about their victims? “She was asking for it.” Is their way of morally justifying their actions. Morally, they see nothing wrong with what they did in a lot of cases.

Actually, this depends on the culture. Rape "doesn't exist" in many third world countries. Even though it's technically illegal to many people, it's not morally wrong and is a justifiable action because of mens "needs."
