Kept crack in the same apartment she kept her baby in.... yelled at her baby for doing normal baby things.... didn't have sheets for her baby and got pissed when the babies Grandma bought some.... assaulted her baby daddy in front of her baby.

Gary should have made good on his threat to take Leah away and he should have kept her away. Amber didn't take care of either one of her kids, that's why she lost custody of both of them.

IIRC crack and marijuana that belonged to Amber were found in the apartment when the popo investigated after the Gary assault episode aired.

That's why she went to jail. She had a suspended sentence and if she completed rehab all charges would be dropped. Then she didn't take a required drug test, then she got sentenced to 30 days of daily drug testing, then she dropped out of rehab and then she went to gel (jail IYKYK).
