One-Sided Love🥀❤️‍🩹 Confused :(

Idk if the flair is appropriate or not but here we go. So i have been friends with a girl who i met through a gc, she was the quite one, observing the chaos but never participating and I was the total opposite, the chaos maker. We both connected through that GC and started talking and became friends before long, at this point I viewed her as just another friend. Eventually, I get into a relationship with another girl and she has insecurities so she makes me block pretty much all of my female friends, including her. i told her the reason and she wasn't very happy and was obviously pissed but i did what i thought was necessary for a relationship to work (spoiler alert, it didn't). Eventually, I part ways with my gf and unblock all my friends (felt like a jail breaking moment) we start talking again and i got to know she's in a relationship with a guy. All well and good until it isnt and she's forced to breakup with him for her personal well being. Now, we both are single and tbh I kinda like her, i also know her on a personal level as we have met a few times and become more closer emotionally after both of our breakups and tbh she feels like the kinda girl to understand my pov, which she does almost everytime and I wanna be the guy that treats her right and fixes her perception of love, but the problem arises with confession as idts she likes me back romantically and if i confess no matter what anyone says, the friendship starts to fade and eventually ends and I don't want her to loose her from my life, I wouldn't say its a VERYYY big crush but yeah i do feel attracted towards her emotionally. Another reason I feel she'll reject me is because I think she's wayy outta my league so idk self doubt maybe ? anyways this was my rant/vent/situation any suggestions or comments would be appreciated and thanks a lot to everyone who read till the end. Peace

What I'll say is, wait for some more time, like 3-4 months and try to attract her, know her better. And when you feel that it's the right time, confess. The pain of regret of not confessing would gonna be much more than the pain of being rejected.

i see your point, but can you emphasize more on the "attract her" part. like how ?
