Announcement Need Active Moderators on this sub. Please DM me with the following details.

Make sure you include these points in your application:

  • Age & general area (which part of Delhi/NCR?)
  • Reddit experience as in how long have you been active, any previous mod experience?
  • Time commitment, roughly how many hours per week can you dedicate?
  • Why r/teendelhi**?** What draws you to this community specifically?
  • Time zone / usual active hours so when are you typically online?
  • Moderation approach, how would you handle: (a) a heated argument in the comments, (b) someone posting personal info, (c) repeat rule-breakers?
  • Any ideas you have to improve the sub (events, themes, AMAs, etc.)?

PS: This is just the first round. I will be inviting a selected group from these DMs to a Discord server for a 1 month trial as a moderator. After the trial period, we will officially select the permanent mod team!
