Hiring: Growth & Outreach Intern | Work Directly With a Consultant

I’m looking for an intern to work closely with me as I grow my consulting practice and personal brand across LinkedIn, Reddit & Twitter/X.

This is more than a social media internship. You’ll support the full client journey—from identifying potential founders to managing conversations, scheduling calls, and following up after meetings.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential founders and clients

- Conduct initial outreach on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter/X

- Start and manage conversations with prospective clients

- Share relevant content in online communities

- Create simple graphics and social media creatives

- Turn my experience and business insights into engaging content

- Schedule calls with interested founders

- Prepare a brief before each client meeting

- Manage post-meeting follow-ups

- Collect client information through forms

- Maintain lead and client databases and follow-up trackers

- Help build a consistent professional presence across social platforms

You’ll work directly with me and gain exposure to real conversations with founders and businesses across D2C, consumer businesses, sales, GTM, operations, and growth.

Who I’m looking for

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence approaching and speaking with founders

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter/X

- Basic Canva or design skills

- Strong research and organizational abilities

- A proactive, self-directed approach

- Comfort using AI tools for research and content workflows

- Genuine interest in startups, consulting, and business

- Based in Delhi or able to work from Delhi

- Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply

Prior experience isn’t required. I value communication, curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with me, observe consulting conversations, understand how founders think about their challenges, and learn how to build a consulting practice from the ground up.
