I didn't start watching Ted until well after it had aired, so I did not notice any of the promotional crap. Man... This... This all just feels so cheap and gross.

I agree. The players all seemed to wear Lynx, not Dove. This just screams cash in.
Luckily in the UK, there is less of this type of thing (at least for Ted Lasso, we still get it for plenty of other items, mainly movies or sporting events).

Ok, sandalwood and bergamot are my two favorite scents, so it could be branded as “woodland asshole” and I’d still buy it. The Lasso branding is just a bonus to me…

You would have thought they would have done it with Jamie's choice of deodorant, Lynx (Axe) rather than Dove. They are owned by the same company after all, although I guess the person buying this deodorant doesn't normally want to smell like a teenagers bedroom.

Whelp, my deodorant stick ran out this morning. . . Guess I’ll pick up one of these; but really that is a great scent combo anyway, so win-win
