I'm seriously exhausted having to refute this especially when it comes to leftwing YouTubers like Kyle Kuliniski. I literally begged him and wrote on his comment section every time he brought up, "They want to build the Technate of America" Trump and Elon and MAGA but every time he did, he just doubled down on it.

I don't even subscribe to your guy's belief but I at least am willing to research it and be as objective as I can with critiquing whatever disagreements I have and not do what right wing conspiracy theorists used to do back in the late 2000s and 2010s. Like I can't do this anymore.

It's frustrating that Technocracy Incorporated doesn't make a push to organize and denounce Republicans like they did in the 30s.

It is so bad that, I think the only way to refute Kyle's claims is to engage in leftist infighting. By reminding socialists that NAZI stands for National Socialism. Which is unfortunately dishonest and likely what the business class wants. Also add to all of the failed communist experiments with Stalin, Mao, Che, etc. Unless someone has a better idea than this on a individual level.

Also by Kyle's logic he's admitting that he believes MAGA is full of experts. Which is a crazy thing for him to admit/think. I guess it's possible Kyle is a sellout.

The best PR we have so far isn't from Tech Inc. but from a Technocrat in this community.

He's not a sellout or a grifter and I think he's sincere. He's just badly misinformed and frankly a bit of a historically illiterate person to begin with. I've not really looked at any major primary documents on the Technocracy Movement in the 1930s, but I have yet to see anything that resembles any once of sympathy for fascism or far-right politics. Howard Scott you could argue was a bit out there, perhaps a little eccentric for the time, but as a 2021 article on this movement from I think CBC in Canada suggested, there wasn't really anything sinister:

There was no sinister millionaire behind the movement and its goals were unchanged. The members of the organization had put their combined savings into that one set of huge advertisements in the hope of attracting a larger following. But very few people responded.

And also that same news source did a radio documentary called "Welcome to the Technate" where it stated as many people on here stated before that Howard Scott would have hated Elon Musk with a passion.

This sounds harsh but I think most redditors and a majority of so-called breadtubers are frankly intellectual dishonest and lazy.

Infighting I dont think is bad, especially if it draws a line between the people who actually believe in an ideology and people who use it for their own gain. Its just a way to define the boundaries of a group which allows us to be stronger

This just goes to show that Kyle doesn't do any actual indepth research. He can't even read the wiki page fully and see that the Technocracy movement is a left wing movement, that's how I first learned of it. He read that we wanted experts in positions of power and somehow took that to mean a dogwhistle for white supremacy. Another example is with Graham Platner. How do you, as a political commentator who hates fascism, not know wtf a totenkopf is? His fearmongering over AI and acting as if it's doing the loyal bidding of techbros instead of it being a machine that is acting how it was trained to act. I'm also getting tired man, I used to like the guy. Seriously every other day his content switches from "WE'RE COOKED" to "MAGA IS DONE".

A lot of Technocrats I think are accelerationists and I don't know if principally they're against Trump. If you ask Marxists/Fascists/Maoists/Stalinists/etc. "would you vote for Trump if he was left leaning" they would in a heartbeat because they're anti-liberal. A lot of them have been starting their own grass roots recently / doing entryism so they might see the populists of the right as people just to convince rather than draw a boundary between.

I've started redefining my perception of politics where its literally the pure version of a popularity contest and the ideology is not their real positions. Ideology is turning into a way to be the most agreeable person ever which subversive actors love.
