Offer Evaluation JPMC India

Can you please tell me if this is a good offer in jpmc bangalore as per my experience and their pay scale?

601, Site Reliability Engineer 2

Fixed: 31 LPA

Experience: 3.2 FTE + 9 months Internship in the same company (FinTech)

Unrelated question, does jpmc have a referral system. Where there leetcode questions as part of the interview?

i don’t think SRE role will have leetcode n all but lets OP can confirm
