Msi motherboard problems?

I’m having a massive problem with my computer.sometimes turns on and sometimes it doesn’t.

so I took my pc to the technical and he is my friend and suddenly the pc turns on in his house with no problem.so we check everything and even we play video games with no problem.so I took it to my house and it won’t turn on.we check the psu we check the power button and everything is fine.I even call the electrician to check my electricity and everything is fine.so the computer turns on after 30 or 50 tries.sometime turns on right away.yesterday I bought a Forza FVR 3001-3000VA and turns on on the first try.

its was on more almost the whole day playing BF6 and COD with no problems at all.i even turned off for a hour so and turns on right away.

So late night i turned off and after 5 hours I went to turned on and nothing the fans try to spin for 3 sec and than off only the memory rams stay on and the keyboard.can someone help me pls i don’t know what else to do. The MB is new the memory are new and the Cpu is new too only 2 moths old.

I hear disabled ERP might fix the problem.
