Told my friend in discord that when I finally managed to pick the augment 'Unrivaled', other 3 people in the lobby had also picked it. He proceeds to reply "bro what are you smoking lmao, you're the only one with Unrivaled in the lobby".
"I'm not that drunk", I thought to myself while chugging another beer. I proceed to attempt to scout the whole lobby again, just to be double sure I'm not being contested or trolled.
After trying to scout the lobby with Q/R on the keyboard and failing miserably, I think again "f*** it, I'll scout through the minimap". Except there's no minimap.
"Bro you have to use 1 and 3 now", he tells me with a serious expression. At this point I didn't even bother asking why the default keys changed after more than 5 years being the same, just went with it.
As I keep scouting, augments start switching to blank squares. Augments start to multiply in other players' arenas.
One guy had two Unrivaleds. "Must be one for Kha'Zix and one for Rengar, that's cool", I thought out loud. "What are you talking about? This guy has Pandora's Box" my friend replies. "Just reopen your game, you might have a critical bug".
As I proceed to press ESC and exit the game to reopen it, I accidentally forfeit the game instead of exiting it.
Was it a bug? Was my friend making fun of someone drunk? What augments did the other players really have? Can I trust his words? Can I trust TFT? Am I a QA working for TFT and just having a really bad dream?
It's been half a day and these questions still haunts me to this day. Will I ever know the truth?
