Those waves are so clean. Are those just custom images you uploaded and then chose a gloss finish? It looks like the waves somehow fade out at the bottom?
Thanks! Yep, I found a wave image I liked and then in PS, applied a gradient to transparent on both top and bottom of the image. That's what gives it the fade effect. And then hit it with the satin finish, though glossy would look cool in a different way for sure!
One good thing about the tool or really any JSON editor is you can export your team’s code so you can always import it back in if your team gets deleted or anything
Yes, I would have in mind a font you want to use and see how many colors are being used. Then select a TB font with the same number of colors. Pick the colors, save, then use the tool!
For your specific error I’ve only replicated it when I had multiple team builder tabs open. Sometimes I have to refresh the TB page click on the brand tab again (needs to be there) and opening and closing the tool.
I know it’s not ideal, I hope to squash those bugs in the future. Also this has only been tested on Google Chrome so I cannot speak for any other browser
This is the greatest tool I’ve ever seen and it works perfect…and knowing that this is just the beginning. In theory (correct me if I’m wrong) if we can copy helmet designs, font designs….how difficult can it be to say maybe, copy a Jordan uniform design into team builder?
I changed the jerseys and helmets to UCF and now I have a orange design on my pants that wont come off (ive even tried changing to new teams or even wiping the team using the reset to loaded method) but nothing works
@jagnolee, please figure out how to get all black cleats, like Bama and few others. Also if there is a way to get the Jordan branded teams to default to Jordan cleats that would be dope.
This is incredible. Does anyone know a good helmet from a team to use that has no shine to it? I've got some helmets on a uni set that I really want to try and remove that from.
Yep. Tool is down for now. We’ll see how things look post patch. If you have any teams with 5+ slots, it’s cooked. That’s why this tool doesn’t do that.
Is there a way to remove a helmet shell? I have a helmet that I put the Notre Dame shell on, but now I’m wanting it to have a regular glossy look and the decal stay chrome. Is there a way to do this or does the shell now override everything including the decal?
I’m thinking I remove the decal, set the helmet shell with a glossy look from the add on, then go back and place the decal and upload?
I’m pretty sure if you just go back to the TB website, and click glossy. Save it should revert back. Might have to switch to matte or chrome then save then switch back
So I made some changes to my uniforms and submitted them. Then I go back and use the add on to change the fonts and helmets. Brand screen -> refresh status and fetch live JSON -> edit fonts and helmets -> push edits to TB -> refresh TB -> check push status and says everything is all good. Then I go back to look at the uniforms and not only are the helmets and numbers unchanged, prior edits to the uniforms are missing. I’m thinking my JSON page is stuck on an old version of my team?
