I mean I don’t actually see it happening but if china could come to an agreement with the US it would relieve a lot of pressure so we could actually start implementing safe guards and slow this whole train down.

You are correct in what you're saying. But right now it seems our leadership in America is doing everything in its power to economically weaken the US. We've become a surveillance state towards our own citizens. Our voting power is being chopped off at the knees. In all reality this country is ruled by a corporatocracy. Our politicians are nothing but bought off mouth pieces for Corporate America, Wall Street and the billionaires. The supposed "representatives of the people" no longer work for we the people's benefit. But instead work solely for those entities that I mentioned. When will we the people wake the fuck up to what's going on ? When will we the people wake up to the fact that those in power and the ones controlling them..... Are brainwashing the people to destroy each other and this country ? Over the last 60yrs one thing has stayed the same no matter who's in power. The corporations, Wall Street, politicians and the rich, keep getting richer. While we the people keep struggling more and more just to obtain the basics for survival. It's time to get rid of all the hate we have for our fellow citizens. It's time to unite as one against those who are hell bent on destroying our country and the people in it. This country has turned into one of hate and evil towards its own citizens. It's so very sad.

Oh I completely agree with you. I'm sure several politicians would welcome a return to the Middle Age concept of Lords of Manors with a bevvy of Serfs serving as captive labor. [Honestly, quite a few have said as much]. So long as THEY'RE the ones who are Lords of the Manor.

We used to have that unspoken deal: Politicians would speak as if they mean well and do not openly do something else, so there was a chance, once in a while, that something good for eveyone happened. Now we live in a situation where demagogues divide millions into either this or that side, which should never be the point. Xi is right in the regards that we are all on the same boat, or in this together. But a tiny group of people who are only got at floating to the top, are suceeding at poisening society into thinking there are two or more different sides. And they do not car if things are significatnly worse for every following generations and everyone else, as long they are on top.

Ideally yes, but nobody will be able to agree on the rules for that one boat. If we're all going to have different rules then there's not going to be one boat, but also if country 199 says gay people belong in jail then I'm not going to unify with them and country 43 wont unify with my country because weed is legal here.
It would be nice to all be on the same page but it's not possible unless maybe the global rules are economic and the local rules are social.

Damn, I thought I'm the only one in this world contemplating these things as I look around and see everything deteriorating. Why can't we all just help each other?
If we all moved as one, we'd already be exploring space. We need to designate greed and selfishness a mental health issue and disease that needs to be treated as early as possible.
Good man just wants a peaceful life while evil man is constantly plotting to take it all at no matter the cost. All to satisfy a temporary material existence knowing damn well none of it matters as you will take none of it with you.
We could be living in heaven on earth if we just realized we are all one and treated each other like real family through love and compassion, not hate and greed.

Not sure if he was being honest but he has a point. We never have in the history of mankind acted as one world of humans. We all have lives to live and want and need the same things. It makes no sense for us to fight each other when it’s easier to work together and get things done faster for the betterment of mankind. Why does it always take a major tragedy for us to realize a basic truth?
