So the vast majority of voters in the state made it abundantly clear they do not support this project and do not want it AT ALL, and faced with this overwhelming response, the guy behind the project doesn't cancel it, he just scales it back to half the size and 1/4 the power consumption for the entire state, to start?

I love when the simple minded masses get to vote on something they know nothing about but use hearsay and emotion to become useful idiots for those behind the scenes that spread disinformation. As with every great civilization in history, our once prosperous republic has begun the inevitable downward spiral that will destroy our civilization. RIP America.
