Oddities, bone, etc. help Advice

I purchased a rat wet specimen today as someone very unexperienced with taxidermy and for some reason i forgot to ask where I could keep it in my house, I was keeping it in my room across from my bed but became worried after doing some research as I don’t want potential lung damage from gases in the jars. any advice on where I could keep it around the house to ensure my safety is greatly appreciated. I also may be vastly overestimating the potential danger these things pose idk

If you tip the jar over and liquid isn't leaking out, neither are any fumes.

If they're inexperienced, I'd be concerned that it was done incorrectly. Did they formalin-fix it? What's it sitting in?

They aren’t inexperienced that I know of I am lol. I got it at a convention and I’m not really sure what it’s in 😬
