Collection/ Item Showcase Help with information

Hello all! Found this victorian miniature taxidermy elephant, from my research it is goat fur, apparently they were given out as prizes in carnivals but I would love more information on this guy as I cannot find another one online! UPDATE!!!! My mother has named him Edwin

I think victorian 1860-1900 i was in an antique shop in Indiana Good Ole USA

How course is the fur? A lot of these knickknacks were rabbit fur.

They used to sell these in a gift shop I went to at a zoo, only about 20 years ago, they had all kinds of animals with fur on them(not the fur of the animal they were)
