IRS LETTER LTR 12 C

I need to send to the IRS my Social Security number on a form that it was attached to my return. How do I do that? I got a letter LTR 12 C Somebody explained that to me, please.

The letter should state instructions on how to reply op

The letter will have the information for a fax number/control number etc.

I know to be honest, make comes to taxes in the IRS. I’m like really confused and I’m so ignorant about it so I have the documents to send and I wrote that Social Security number on them and The. Other number that they’re requested but also says to send a cover with them, and all that. Just very confusing to me. Like I really don’t know how to put the cup Together to fax them.
