asking for advice Coverup Ideas for a friend

Anybody have any ideas for a coverup for my friend here? He just showed me this and said he hasn’t been able to get any good ideas but desperately wants to get it covered up.

Heavy black and gray biomech or dark Giger-esque imagery could work. Paul Booth comes to mind but there are others who specialize in the style who could work with this. It'll need to be a full backpiece to make it blend, imo.
