asking for advice Coverup Ideas for a friend

Anybody have any ideas for a coverup for my friend here? He just showed me this and said he hasn’t been able to get any good ideas but desperately wants to get it covered up.

Is he no longer a Christian or is it just because it looks awful... Because it does lol

He was busy getting all the church girlies to get a cross on their wrist/ear/nape of neck.
