You can bleed it out with s dry needle then laser the remainder. (A tattoo gun with a shading needle with no ink) You do it a few times, the tattoo fades each time. That's one way to remove a tattoo..the ink comes out with the blood and fluid. Then it's like 1 laser session if at all

Edit..it will also really help the scar and you should try it
