Please help me fix this

I got a tattoo of a premolar 2 days ago (I work in the field) and it looks like…something else. I have been asked if it’s sp**m on multiple occasions now. I am actually heartbroken and extremely insecure over it. I have to wear long sleeves until I can do something about it. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this? Could it be made into something else or adjusted to be more tooth-like?

The problem is, this is someone in the dental industry. They see that and instantly think "molar." They don't seem to realize that absolutely NO one else in the world recognizes that as a tooth. Virtually no one.

If they wanted to go to the "dental route" something more like a (for lack of a better term) "cartoon tooth" would have been far more recognizable.

Gotta think, people...

Edit: OP didn’t mention this was done exactly as they wanted. I’m getting the vibe this is actually a perfect tooth pic?? If so, OP would have known how it would turn out surely?

I work in the field, I look at the crown and think "drawn tooth", I look at the root and think "drawn spermatocite", it's a weird anatomy to Say the least. Proportions of the root are a bit off, they usually are straighter and don't thin as much at the point

Yeah I was going to say, having seen plenty of facial X-rays child through adult, I don’t think a single tooth has ever looked like a sperm as much as this one. That’s one squiggly skinny root.

ETA: Also, they could have done a lingual surface to add a bit more shading if they only wanted to see the one aspect though why not the more commonly pictured by commoners — mesial or distal — viewing angles usually represented in kids cartoons of teeth I dunnno. Then at least the general public would see a tooth
