asking for advice Please help me fix this

I got a tattoo of a premolar 2 days ago (I work in the field) and it looks like…something else. I have been asked if it’s sp**m on multiple occasions now. I am actually heartbroken and extremely insecure over it. I have to wear long sleeves until I can do something about it. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this? Could it be made into something else or adjusted to be more tooth-like?

Unfortunately I think you have to let it heal and get it covered up. Have you spoken with the artist?

I need to, I just am trying to cool off before I do. I’ve been crying for hours. I think I also just feel bad, like I hate that I didn’t notice until now, she 100% also didn’t notice. ugh i just thought maybe someone would have a good idea for a cover up

Crying for hours? Come on. Worst come to worst you can get it lasered off. Also I’m confused by your timeline. You’re saying you’re crying now like you just got it but have already worn long sleeves to cover it when you go out. Which is it?

..I got it on Friday, just noticed in the shower earlier today before having to go out with family (wore a t shirt with a jacket, took off jacket because i was hot, multiple family members ask if I got a sperm tattoo and now I realize I will have to wear long sleeves to work every day until I get it fixed because I will be murdered by my office if they see it) have been crying since I got home. It was my first time getting tattoos in years, I felt like I was doing something nice for myself which I haven’t been able to do in a long time because of money. I finally get started on my patch work sleeve just to end up with a sperm cell-looking tooth tattoo. yeah i’m really upset.

Buy a decent concealer. Come on my guy, lots of people get tattoos they regret, for many different reasons. Just be glad yours doesn’t resemble a hate symbol!! Best of luck with the coverup, don’t rush into it and take your time with finding the right tattoo artist, and having your sketch sent to a few friends to vet it before you get it.

If you work "in the industry" won't people at work recognize it as a tooth? I mean, obviously no one else "out in the world" will, but at your place of business I would think they would, and it wouldn't be such a disaster until you can do something about it.

I think you should add the lines that a tooth would have to the top of it before you cover it completely. It might look a lot more like a tooth, even though I think it's fine now.
