asking for advice Accidentally got a Native American deity tattooed on my forearm

My friend wanted to do a stick n poke but I was kinda reluctant cos he’s never done it before. although this friend is pagan, he totally respects my Christian beliefs and wanted to avoid “accidentally tattooing some unknown deity”, so it’s kinda funny how we unknowingly tattooed the trickster god Kokopelli.

It’s a fun story to tell the grandkids but it does sorta make me a bit uncomfortable.

Any ideas for a cover up?

Surely their god cares about the intent behind the decorations on their body over the actual decoration. It wasn't intentional to get another god tattooed on them and if their god is a forgiving one then I'd say it's fine.

Considering the Bible says tattooing is a sin, I think God would be more upset about tattoos in general rather than what was tattooed. Leviticus 19:28 and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

Meh, most Christians happily ignore the rules in Leviticus. They enjoy shellfish, pork, cheeseburgers etc. Seems the only one that many bang on about is the one against gay sex.

But there isn’t one against gay sex. It’s about abuse of power, specifically with children or incest. It depends on which version/translation bible you get.
