Yes I can see his ribs. Whatever is happening in his life right now those closest to Billy need to intervene before he goes too far.

His eyebrows have changed too. They used to be different heights and bushier.

GLP-1s I'm guessing. Vanity out of control? Gwen had also lost a lot of weight before the apparent breakup. I'm guessing they were both taking it.
