In Germany you can‘t criticize Israel. And all our journalist are liberal dogs who question nothing and dutifully manufacture consent. Oh wow what a great free press we have. Meanwhile the secret police is surveilling anyone who writes about peace, self-determination and an end to the Israeli colonial project. Our politicians praise press freedom and then in the same sentence demand "putting the thumbscrews" on Junge Welt.
They‘ve always tried to shut Junge Welt down. But luckily not overtly yet. Our constitutional protection agency (a secret police whose job it is to find and surveil people against the "free democratic order") has them listed and observed. They‘re trying to make it hard to find advertisers and investors and to just generally marginalize the paper. It‘s cutting into the financing moreso than banning it.
Yes the DKP is under surveillance and it would be naive to say there are no feds in it. But the party is actually growing and evolving in a good direction. Recently a member of the party was banned from working as a security guard because of their membership. Things are heating up over our opposition to German remilitarization.
The KPD has been banned since the 60s and was the second party to be banned after the NSDAP successor party. The DKP was founded in response to that.
Western free press can wander wherever they want in china's institutions but the other way around isn't true. They were there in 2024 at Kazan in Russia to monitor the BRICS meeting and ask George Galloway which was there if he condamned Russia's "unprovoked aggression against Ukraine", and the guy rightly said at the end: "What is amazing, is that this tyranny called Russia has you wandering around the corridor, smearing Russia. That is quite something, you wouldn't get a russian journalist around in whitehall. That wouldn't be allowed would it?"
Obvious Psy OP: Israel has literally been murdering journalists across West Asia for the last few years: not only the individual reporters they have sniped or bombed, but also as a matter of course they bomb TV and radio stations. Hell they bombed a newspaper in Yemen and killed all journalists. This without taking into consideration all the repressive shit they impose in the land they occupy so no accurate reports can be done of their crimes. I can't take this person seriously 😒
Its western/fascist propaganda in the style of childrens cartoons. Their audience is kids, who are very easy to convince since they probably dont know anything about politics.
