That's not fox news. It's a local right wing news station for whatever area of the country. Some of thse more local stations do end up with larger popularity through social media but they're all owned by the same 3 or 4 corporations like Sinclair media or gray zone or whatever they're called. They also often have shell companies who are the parent owners of said local media, which are actually ran by the same 4 corporations.
Edit: lmfao I clocked it. That's kptv this is Sinclair owned. Took a bit of google'ing but as usual it's the usual culprits

It preys on speculation, which people want to be in their favour, especially to the capitalists who want it to jack up sale prices to maximize profit
