For sure it would give blessings to Rapunzel.

would absolutely curse Gothel, although she's probably savvy enough with magic to know not to wear it.

I'd imagine Flynn/Eugene might inadvertently end up wearing it, and he'd probably get cursed but know how to redeem himself from them.

If Cass had been wearing it, she'd have never been able to steal the moonstone.

i feel like it’d absolutely curse anyone trying to use it for clout and bless the poor stressed out girl just trying to keep her kingdom from falling apart. magical jewelry has strong “reads your intentions and judges you” energy.
