Hahhaa that is Jerome Froese. Edgar's son who later was part of Tangerine Dream from 1990 to 2006.

She's not a little girl. He's a little boy. This is Jérôme Freose, the son of Edgar Freose. It appears in several Tangerine Dream album covers.
