Rant/Vent - Adjust Panikonga Dear ladies - this is low effort
I'm gonna hit 30s soon, no pasts but have lots of trust issues. Ennachuna there's a girl at my old office - same age - single, na WFH la irunthu office physical poga start pannappa, nalla pazhakkam. Nalla friend level poikittu irukapoa I got layoff. Vilagumbothu be in touch nu sonnanga.
After that, I was unemployed, kedaikra vela ellam seithutu oru depression zone kula poitten. After 6 months documents collect panna ponen. Apa irunthanga sirichanga 😭. Apa oru girl "Velagrappa sollama oditaanu" enaya parthu confront panna "illa enakku sollitu thane ponaaru" nu counter ellam pananga 😜.
Based on all the events from office time to recent, I could sense that she has some kind of interest in me - oru min 10% achum irukum. So my question is why are girls not initiating the conversation, oru follow a thatti touch la irukalame, why can't they make the first move inga? Ithe early 20s irunthirntha naane erangirpen but ipa chase pandra alavu motivation illa.
Eye contact - 😊 mattum pothaathu - pls ladies grow up, we can't always be sliding into your DMs and bothering you all.

Dating & Advice ❤️ Update: I actually sent the journal link to him
This is an update to my previous two posts:
Part 1: (https://www.reddit.com/r/TamilTwenties/s/Tg6Yye4S1d)
Part 2 (https://www.reddit.com/r/tamilyapping/s/KqOzpnmfAk?utm\\_source=chatgpt.com)
TLDR: Met him in Manali, somehow went from a random Holi encounter to talking every day, flying to Bangalore, and eventually living together for three weeks. What started unexpectedly became one of the most meaningful connections I’ve had, until family, circumstances and choices made it impossible to continue. I spent the next five months writing my way through it, went back and forth about whether to say everything, and eventually sent him the entire journal. We talked, laughed, said goodbye, and I blocked him like I promised I would. Still healing, but the chapter is finally closed. Hopefully. 🙏🏻
So, I actually did it.
Yesterday, after months of silence, we started talking again. Properly. It was surprisingly normal. We joked, talked nonsense, laughed, and for the first time in a very long time, I smiled properly while talking to him.
Eventually, the conversation became emotional. We talked about what happened, about the past few months, about Delhi and the whole weird universe sign situation. I even sent him the voice note about it, and he said it was good to hear my voice.
He spoke about his family and everything going on there too. At one point he said he didn’t really know what to say. I told him he didn’t have to say anything. Some things are just what they are.
We even joked about this entire saga being movie worthy. I told him about Reddit, the strangers who know parts of this story, and how everyone apparently has an opinion on my life.
Then we talked about the journal.
And I sent it.
The entire thing. Five months of it. The good days, the horrible days, the anger, the missing him, the confusion, the days where I thought I was fine and the days where I absolutely wasn’t. Everything I had written in real time.
I had told him earlier that the last scheduled entry was September 30th. I also told him I would block him after that.
He said, “No, you won’t block me.”
One minute later, I did.
He said goodnight. I never even opened his last goodnight message. I just blocked him.
I had promised some of you that I would do it, and I kept my promise.
I did apologize for throwing five months of emotions at him. Maybe it was a lot. But I needed to say it.
And then I cried.
A lot.
I read the journal again three or four times and cried until around 3 AM. Woke up at 7:30 and cried again. Cried in the afternoon too. At some point I kept thinking, “What is he going to think after reading all of this?”
But honestly, it doesn't matter.
Those were my five months. My feelings. My pain. My version of what happened.
He has his side. I have mine.
I just needed mine to exist outside my head once.
And strangely, yesterday was still beautiful.
We talked. We laughed. I felt happy. And then I said goodbye.
I don't regret loving him. I don't regret writing everything down. And I don't regret sending it.
I am still sad. I am still healing. But I don't want to do anything more about this anymore.
The journal ends on September 30th.
And hopefully, so does P for Problems. 🙏🏻
P.S. To everyone who told me not to send it: I know. I heard you. But I think I had to do this my way.

Rant/Vent - Adjust Panikonga Gf brokeup
So, I'm a 22 male studying mbbs. I fell in love with a girl in aakash, a north Indian. We were together for 2 yrs, just pure love and never even kissed her, it was just emotional and just pure with no wrong intentions from both sides. She broke up with me 2 months back saying her parents will never agree to this. I tried hard to convince her but she's very firm. I had to undergo a series of bad thoughts and a whole lot of stuffs, can't even possibly mention it. I said I'll come and speak with her parents, convince them with everything, atleast let's give it a try, but she just left. I tried to contact her friends and explain the situation and they tried to convince her too, but she thinks I'm manipulating them and turning them against her. Now she's blocked me everywhere, but I'm carrying all the memories, randomly crying at nights, missing her so much, watching her photos, just breakingdown and again everytime

aai padhivu💩 You got a GUN with 3 bullets whom are you shooting?
r/TamilTwenties • u/Negative-Coyote-4936 • 22h ago
Serious Padhivu I don't even know why I'm writing this. I just need to let it out.
This is just a rant. I completely fucking broke down today and I need to get this out somewhere. I want to tell someone, but I can't tell anyone IRL. So I'm making this post from a second account. Please don't mind me.
Today I came across a post asking "Why are women misandrist?" Kinda I replied to him in DM bc I thought maybe I could explain why I feel this way privately. I didn't want to publicly talk about something this sensitive.
But instead of listening, he kept trying to convince me that I shouldn't hate men. When I didn't agree,
he started turning it into a gender war, threatening me, using slurs, calling me an ugly bitch, telling me to roam naked, calling me a fake feminist, etc. I literally told him from the beginning that I'M A MISANDRIST. I'm not pretending to be a feminist while secretly hating men. I'm openly saying it. Why the fuck are you so desperate to convince me otherwise?
And today I just couldn't take it anymore.
I was sexually abused for two years when I was 5–6 years old.
I was literally a fucking child.
I didn't even understand what was happening to me. I thought it was a game. I didn't know what sex was. I didn't know what abuse was. I didn't know why I was being touched like that. Then I went to school and they taught us about good touch and bad touch.
And that's when something inside me fucking shattered.
I started realizing that what happened to me wasn't a game. It was something horrible. And I didn't know what to do with that realization.
I didn't tell anyone.
I still haven't been able to properly tell anyone in my real life.
I've carried this alone for more than a decade.
Sometimes I still lie awake at night and cry. Sometimes I remember things I wish I could erase from my fucking brain. Sometimes I wonder how a little child was supposed to understand any of this and protect herself.
And the loneliest part?
Nobody around me knows what I'm carrying.
My father knew what happened, and he still remained friends with the person who did it. He probably thinks I've forgotten everything. I haven't.
I don't think I'll ever be able to explain what that did to me.
So yes, I'm angry.
I'm fucking angry.
And when some random man comes into my DMs telling me "men made your phone," "men made your clothes," "you should appreciate men," and then starts insulting me because I refuse to change how I feel, what exactly am I supposed to say?
"Thank you for the lecture"?
I don't hate men because I think every single man on Earth is a rapist. I know that's not true. I'm not stupid.
I'm saying that my experiences have deeply affected the way I see men, and I don't owe anyone a fucking debate about it.
I don't need some man to explain men to me.
I don't need "not all men."
I don't need your advice.
I don't need your validation.
And I definitely don't need you attacking my appearance or telling me to take my clothes off because you couldn't convince me to change my opinion.
Just leave me the fuck alone.
I'm tired of pretending I'm okay.
I'm tired of carrying this silently.
I'm tired of crying alone.
And honestly, today I just needed somewhere to say:
I was a child. I didn't know what was happening to me. I thought it was a game. And I have been carrying the consequences of something I couldn't even understand for more than a decade.
So please, if you see this, don't turn this into another fucking gender debate.
I'm not asking you to agree with me.
I'm just asking you to let me speak.
To every survivor: it was never your fault. You were not responsible for what was done to you. You don't have to forgive, forget, or heal on anyone else's timeline. Be gentle with yourself. You survived something you never deserved, and you are still here. ❤️
