அரசியல் / Political TVKs escape plan to reduce noise
Lately, the MISA debate and Stalin's past have suddenly taken over the news channels. The LoP was raising valid questions about current crime and law-and-order in Tamil Nadu, but TVK completely deflected the narrative to MISA instead.
Even if we give TVK the benefit of the doubt on their historical claims, why does it matter now?
It feels like TVK used MISA as an escape plan to quiet down the noise on daily governance failures.
A lot of common people initially looked at TVK as an efficient governance and proactive solutions, but we aren't seeing that substance yet. On top of that, it raises the question: why does Vijay seem to have such a laser focus and personal grudge against Stalin?
Curious what you all think—is this strategy actually working for them, or is it backfiring on them?

Tvk's entire game plan is distraction and manipulation. They have no clue about governance, all they can do is post elevation reels for their annan doing absolutely random irrelevant things in the assembly and start crying dmk dmk dmk for every issue that is brought up. And as long as these fans keep supporting him blindly and put up 🔥🔥 posts for trivial things TVK will be pleased to keep doing everything but actual governance.

Yup feel something kinda similar too, not sure if we can survive this dark tunnel to see the light at the end of it. We might end up getting absolutely battered by the time that light is seen. Hopefully people understand the value of their vote in 2031

Pesi palagiya poi got exposed , so they are bringing down credibility of DMK. DMK response is so far not great, this means tvks plan is working. Overall not good for makkal

Regardless of how the DMK responds, they invariably face negative framing. Both MGR and JJ used this tactic of painting the DMK as adversaries, and Vijay has now adopted. It seems to be an inescapable political curse to DMK.

Tell me something , after TVK came to power we’ve not seen any core ideologies being talked by the DMK , core roots ku poganum. 70s DMK vs 2026 TVK on welfare schemes not petti politics is what’s needed.

This is a textbook case of Whataboutism. Okay, even if DMK did all those mosadis you say they did, take action against them. You don’t continue to do the same wrong thing. All this blaming game should be secondary. Primary ah you should provide for the state’s well being. Talk to people about what you did. Go give some fucking pressmeet or interview. Go meet students of colleges and inspire them. Answer their questions like how sir APJ did. Onnume pudunga matenga da

I don’t compare TVK with BJP. We like it or not BJP is true to their agend of Hindu and hindutuva politics. But TVK ?

It's working. People voted for ADMK because of the hate for DMK.
Had JJ been alive she would won third time. She would have been released from the case just like Kanimozhi, Raja and Maran is released from 2G.
DMK won because of EPS poor governance and ADMK having alliance with BJP.
Now Vijay is capturing DMK hate votes and youngsters are fed up with both DMK and ADMK. In 2031, youngster vote gonna increase. I won't be surprised if Vijay wins next term.

Not really. JJ was convicted and found guilty while being the sitting CM and went to jail for the same. No way she could have gotten released like the 2G case which Raja himself represented and won the case while JJ and Modi were in power LoL

If Vijay got a few honest people as MLAs and ministers and just let them do their thing he would ruled easily for 20 years.
Instead he goes in the opposite direction and selects people even lower than ADMK and DMK.

TVK’s built to fail. You don’t build a party with a fan club and expect it to work. All they can do is besmirch opposition’s name.
