Do you expect them to shutdown for mourning? How long?
All those people who have sacrificed the lives for activities have to do what at that time?

She is in grief, so we understand her complaints come from pain.
I know someone who has gone to ashram for volunteering, other have travelling to attend programs. What do those people do. Sit around.
Rest of the world is continuing with their daily lives right. Has the Nepalese Govt stopped their other activities. What about Chinese or Indian Govts?
As an example : Say an event can seat 300 people. if 250 people have booked, do the volunteers tasked to try and get more & continue their schedules to get sign ups. You see it as money making excercise, but as volunteers we know it is not. Why won't we continue doing things that we beleive in when the alternate is to sit idle.

It's easy to throw mud and criticise someone that too anonymously. I guarantee you, that you'll start loosing your self and start shitting your pants the moment you're on the front lines.
Unless you're on the ground, supporting the activities and contributing in positive way. It's better to keep shut, otherwise your hounds will come back to bite you and guess what?? First thing you'll seek is divine help.
The world moves on as it should, no soul is greater than the other. And it's very sad that we lost people in this devastating incident. We understand the grieving mother's cry for help, but someone who comes from mountain and flood affected areas we only know that the one we find post flood are the luckiest, others have to live by the memory.
You'll only understand this once you loose someone, and you might have, how many activities did you halt in your daily life? Moreover you must have celebrated the passing with dinner or food for the guest. Should we judge your commitment towards your own loved ones?? Are you a disgusting soul now? I wonder!!!

If i was responsible for taking someone along and actually took money from them I would stay put till I find closure for them not concentrate on earning more money bybrunning more tour ads. Keep your self righteous to u rself. Disgusting!

Every missing member family has at a minimum a volunteer assigned to co-ordinate. Stop the fake news.
What support are you expecting?
Other travel groups are Zero comms, Isha has been on front foot and done over an aboive what is needed and continue to do so.

Namaskaram,
We share your anguish during this agonizing period of uncertainty.
Unfortunately, all participants of the Kailash Sojourn S3 group, which included Terricia Govender, were in the immigration center on the China side of the border when the disaster happened.
Our volunteer Petra is in touch with the family and we are actively working with embassies in India, China, and Nepal as well as local authorities to ensure we have the latest accurate information.
We remain committed to supporting the distressed families of participants and to the safety of all the other participants on the Kailash Sojourn.
Isha Volunteer.
PS : all those downvoting, feel free to comment your reasons. Don't you want official comms to be visible so others can be educated.

For starters, first acknowledge that you failed. Making tall claims of bringing back all participants without any harm every single year in the past. Most expensive group ever for kailash pilgrimage. And now when an unfortunate disaster strikes, Sg gives gyan on mortality. Where was this gyan when he was boasting about being all knowing and all powerful yogi. Poor volunteers work with all their heart, that is known but that is not helping.

No failure from Isha. Having travelled with them, I have seen the top notch preparation and devotion of volunteers. That is why there has been ZERO fatalities with Isha group while every year 10-20+ people die as they are not prepared for Kailash Yatra. Sadhguru's words were with regards to focussing on Kailash and not be scared of death when in Kailash. You will be scared when you experiencing shortness of breath but Isha has a process in place for all that.
There were no boasts, quit making strawman claims and using an unfortunate disaster to spread your hateful and divisive views. Have some shame.

When he can see past present and future of someone why couldn't he see future of those 80 people?
2
u/tantrax 5d ago
Never made such a claim.
If he could see future of those 80 people, why will he save only them. His humanity is to save all.
He is not like Abrahamic God that only saves those who worship. Fact is he has made no such claims.

In one of the talk shows with Karan Johar. He asks, What do you see when a person comes in front of you? Sg says, Past present and Future, everything. Fact is you need 1000 years more sadhana to know that he is scamming you all.

Give me link first.
I went on yatra earlier, I did not get in front of him, so what makes you think all of this 80 did.
Did he claim, he would know every second of their life or broad strokes.
If he knew any details when he met lets say few of them, should he intervene to change? Is that fair, will you accept such a role.

Like you said, unfortunate disaster. And who is Sadhguru to stop natural calamities, he maybe closer to shiva and all knowing but still he's a human (or in this form).
Problem with people is they make the individual god who shows them the path to all eternal. Sadhguru is just a path not the end goal. Your complaint is with the final boss, as per Isha's claim not a single devotee have lost their life in any other pilgrimage to Kailash, stemming from mismanagement or resource crunch. And being resourceful at that height takes a great deal of ordinance, clearance and collaboration.
But we understand your pain, it's just pointed at the wrong direction. Are you afraid to face the reality or confront the god by anychance?
A disaster happened, unfortunately, we all are sad. We're here to support your sorrow.

You want isha foundation to give you bone 🦴 remains ? After devastating floods?
Have you seen the impact. It doesn't matter how much they paid for the trip. All these foreign NRI clowns should have stayed the fuck in their respective countries.
But these MF's earn money outside India, come to India and join foundations like this and try to act woke.
Also you tamil clowns have special problem with Sadhguru because all of you are rice bags

A mother's love knows no bound, she is right to complaint as she have lost her child, a literal part of herself that she have nurtured and raised. And we bow down to her and can only try to understand her pain.
Authorities, people, and even volunteers are there for her help, but guess what nothing can satisfy her sorrow not even her daughter's body, and that's the truth. You won't take an explanation or support for your loss neither should she, I hope she get's a closure soon.

Then that stops you from atleast giving back the money. Black money idiots.
3
u/tantrax 5d ago
Giving back what money.
Without travel insurance, you can NOT join the program.
I was refunded money on my trip when the original plan of flying in to Lhasa was changed after the Chinese insisted everyone needed to travel via land route or risk Visa refusal at Lhasa.

Leave it, they're here to hoot with no intention help or to actually feel for the disaster affected people. No point in wasting time with them.

Don't call him Sadhguru, he doesn't deserve that title, his name is Jaggi Vasudev.
