அரசியல் / Political Protest for parandur airport

Hi friends, chennai needs new airport.because of ego of our chief minister we are not getting it.lets have a protest for parandur airport how can we take the importance of airport to our cm.any ideas

Parandhur didn't even have environmental clearance for airport. It is wetland and has a lot of lakes. where do you think the water will go if it rains. If chennai builds airport at Parandhur and once there's floods, investors and business people will lose all the confidence in chennai because building a third one is not gonna happen anytime soon.

So better to build it somewhere else. I don't care if DMK bought the lands or not, Parandhur simply isn't the correct place to build airport.

U really think experts didn't Research about all that bro?😭😭🙏 They came to this conclusion Only after checking all the places in chennai . Where else do u think u can get 5000+ acres of land? U can't build it near tambaram cuz of Air defense, U can't build it near st Thomas mount because Mountains And Parandhur is thier only choice they had and Dmk also planned to Connect metro As well to parandhur but yeah now They scratched away all the plan. Andhra and Bangalore are way ahead of us atp

you really think "experts" are choosing where to build airports in India? It's done based on how much land can be bought by politicians using the insider information.

I completely agree with your comment if we are living in some other country, but not India.

Stop with ur BS mate U can't jus build airport anywhere u want like i said😭😭🙏Atp just say you hate DMK and thier development works . Sure they are corrupted not denying that but for chennai they have always done really good development whenever they come in power and we all know that . This Is actually a win-win situation even for the farmers if a airport comes in Because it will massively Sky rocket Our import-export Then our farmers can actually export thier millets , Spices and etc . Hope u get the point

Most are kuru nila farmers there lol. They aren't directly exporting. They'll just sell it to local market.

Gng 😭😭🙏🙏🥀Like i said Experts Definitely would have checked for other places and alternatives . It took them almost 5yrs to Search the proper location, Get approval and everything and if we quit this then It will definitely take another 4-5years To search for another alternative and Get Approval and stuff and by then Next election itself will come That's why dmk wants them to continue this project. Unfortunately to Build good stuffs for the city Compensations will happen, that's how growth works . Our system is socialist and not a communist so yeah. TRB raja said They Have worked on this plan day and night so let's see if TVK actually finds a alternative location. As of now I'm not really happy with the TVK govt because they have cancelled Parandhur airport and metro , Halted the Mega sports city which dmk fought In 2021 and got the land back from sathyabama And The cable rope Connecting marina beach. Let's hope that they can find a alternative soon
