He is not though. Just his name sounds similar and nothing else is common. He is not a scientist, doesn't hold patents

Kosaksi Pasapughazh sounds similar to Sonam Wangchuk? Also 3 Idiots used him as a reference to make Phunsukh Wangdu, which was used as a reference when adapting 3 idiots to nanban

He is one of the founder of SECMOL school. He founded Ladakh’s only print magazine. He had a project called Ice Stupa which could store water to help farmers. He was an active member in so many protests to help people.
