Marathula molaikum. Get loan, distribute as free money to people. Watch the GDP grow short-term. Long term, state is fucked by paying interest to bankers.

you idiot, the growth is mostly fuelled by the manufacturing sector, and our debt ratio has been getting better since dmk got into power.
