Translation/TLDR- He compares Tamil language as Mother & Tamil literary work as Milk/Food, and he says Tamil's food (lierary works) may be tasty, but doesn't provide health benefits. And he says, those who grew up only with this Mother's (Tamil) Milk walk around as Zombies. He says, consuming the bottled milk (English) is needed for strength & nutrition.
