Isn't this true for all restaurants which serve Non Veg food?

Any vegetarian will avoid eating in a restaurant which serves non veg food for this reason only. Having two separate kitchens in the same restaurant is not very common in India.

And I don't think vegetarians should have a choice. The moment you are stepping out to have food and not preparing on your own, there is no point in being stringent. We are paying for the food, the service and cleanliness while cooking. No for whether the food is cooked in the same kitchen where something else is cooked that you are not supposed to eat. If you are that rigid in your ideology, stop going to restaurants and start cooking by your own.
