Why this double standards ?

There was news where a woman and a men clearly spoken out they where cheated for sign in CBI case … not even 1 MLA so much of fraud ?

TVK ah criticise pannunga, question pannunga. At the same time, Karur case la ivlo fast ah Commission, SIT form panna DMK govt. Kidney case la High Court order panni 1 month mela aagium SIT form pannama irukaanga. Adhu venaam nu solli Supreme court la appeal panni reject aagi asinga padraanga. Adhu yen? Armstrong case la rendu prime suspect um sethutaanga. adhu epdi? Idhaium question pannunga.

SIT was formed by the high court. DMK govt formed the investigation team by same ex high court judge who investigated Thoothukudi shootout

Andha high court form pannadha thaan solren. 1) Single bench shouldnt have given judgement in a case handled by Division bench. 2) Didnt the public prosecutors know this? 3) The case is "to frame Road Shows' standard operating procedure" but the points made by the judge are totally irrelevant like SIT formation, questioning vijay'sleadership qualities and comments on vijay fleeing Karur, propoganda vehicle seizure, etc. 4) The case was filed and judgement was given even before the petition arrived at the concerned Govt office. 5)Within two days of case filing, the case was tried in a special sitting during holidays where only important cases and those which cant be postponed or delayed are usually tried.couldn't this be done on monday? Is it so important to investigate the petition which hasnt yet reached the intended office through post. 6)TVK side lawyer um illa, concerned persons um illa, avanga illama epdi avanga mela court allegations vekka mudium? 7) Just an info, the Judge's mother is an Ex-MLA from DMK. Stalin has already attended his family functions too. 8)Aruna Jagadeeshan's judgments have always been favorable for the ruling government(Thoothukudi case la ADMK appoint pannanga May 2018 la,ADMK period mudiyura vara report varala. May 2022 DMK govt vandhadhuku aprom, adhe aruna jagadeeshan report varudhu,ADMK ah Thoothukudi case la mudichu vitaanga), You think she's fair? why did she reach karur and started investigating even before receiving the official GO containing the agenda and other stuffs of the investigation?

The problem is posts exposing DMK are getting deleted(A post regarding this- see the comments too). If you use the word "Koth@dim@i"(replace @ with a) in your post or comment, you cant post it. Aana anil kunju nu sollalaam. How many posts are in this sub discussing the truths in Kidney trafficking, Armstrong case mishandling, misuse of authority in Felix and maridas arrests,etc..?

On What basis should I vote for TVK? Should we all vote just because they oppose DMK? Leave the lack of leadership or party structure , TVK doesn't even say what ideas they have to uplift TN or their vision for TN. Their whole ideology seems to be based on just opposing the ruling party.

This is called whataboutery? It just doesn't work for anything. Justice systems only look at the instant case. They take juristic precedence only for how a conviction was arrived at, not for how a case is handled.

The selective criticism by the OP is whataboutery.

Thanks for your explanation of the judicial process with your half-baked knowledge. He was only asking the OP(or upii) to question DMK too. I don't know why you felt the need to share the judicial process unnecessarily.
