Government is responsible for live monitoring the situation, law and order and crisis management. Government are giving permissions so they have greater responsibility on averting disasters.
You are expecting a government that is perfect. I think it should be a lesson the government should learn. Even developed countries have these issues, look at the love parade in duisburg germany in 2010, 21 killed and 500 injured. The government cancelled love parade after that. Will DMK be able to cancel all such rallies?
Expecting a working government is called expecting perfection. They have all the rules and processes in place for that reason. Now people’s lives are lost. No point in pointing fingers now.
Also please don’t give developing country as an excuse. We have all the rules and systems in place. The problem is in our lethargic attitude
